Hi, here is some information related to the most frequently asked questions. If you have any doubt please contact me. :)
REFUNDS
I don’t offer refunds or exchange of products due to change of mind or wrong sizing. Everything is made to order and there is a chart for all items that are apparel so you can make sure it is the right fit for you. If a product is defective, (which rarely happens) please send pictures of the problem to hello@snakesnroses.com. If your item is lost in transit, you will be sent a new package with your item.
For any issue with orders clients have 20 days, from the delivery date, to let me know about any problem.
CUSTOMS
Every client is responsible for paying customs, if required by their country. Also, all processes related to customs will be handled by the client.
SHIPPING TIMES
Everything is printed by order so please be patient. The average time depends on the product, for posters it takes 6-8 business days, hoodies take the longest (around 20 business days). For all other products shipping times are shorter, specially within the USA and Europe, taking around 8 business days. For other international locations consider 20 business days the average for all products. If you need to know the estimated delivery time for your order please send an e-mail so we can calculate it for you before your purchase. Delivery times are estimated, they can change due to external factors related to the carriers, COVID or others.
All items on my shop are printed and shipped from USA or Europe depending the facility closer to the destination. The ONLY items that ship from Ecuador are my ceramic pieces.
DELAYS
I send everything through standard shipping, so if there are delays it is the absolute responsibility of the shipping carrier. I have no control over changes in time and I don’t offer refunds because of delays. Only my ceramic pieces are shipped via express DHL.
